What we ask every speaker to cover

To keep the series focused on why an approach works, we ask speakers to loosely follow this structure. You know your topic best — pick whatever focus within it feels most valuable.

1

Background

A brief primer on the topic, so everyone starts from the same place.

2

What

A common pitfall — what people usually get wrong.

3

Why

Why the mistake matters, and how it can affect results.

4

How

Practical guidance on getting it right, and the principles to follow instead.

5

Resources

A few pointers you've found genuinely useful for building deeper understanding.

Sessions run for about an hour: roughly 50 minutes of talk, then 10 minutes of open Q&A. Everything is hosted on Zoom, every other Tuesday.
